They have a block to deter fraud on these cards now. You have to call the number on the card and get an exception for making the purchase at Walmart. They say it will work after 15mins to 1hr, but, it usually doesn't. It may take 2 calls to get to that exception. I wait until the next day to get the money order. It works after all that. It has become a real hassle, but, this is what the problem is and how to fix it.
