Well I had to luck out at some point with the SPMLs and it came this week.
HNML back up to Edinburgh was the same artichoke dish as the regular veggie option on the menu. It was nice enough but a tad disappointing following a decent run with my last HNML being one of the best BA short haul options I’ve had in years.
This was an A321 with what appeared to be a maxed out CE cabin, certainly the biggest CE cabin I’ve seen this year on the route.
Was a bit bumpy climbing out of LHR but the crew were released fairly quickly and it then seemed to take an age for them to get started with three crew doing the cabin. The back rows of club were still being served drinks when the ten minute to landing announcement was made. Not sure if there was and issue but it didn’t feel the most organised.
