More so on this board, people are freely allowed to express, rant or even rave if they wish. And that means if SOMEONE critizes BA its not the END OF THE WORLD.
People are allowed to let off some steam and if that offends you or other BA members, You dont have to reply back.

I didn't think that you had to be in india to issue the ticket, but the ticket must be done through the Indian service desk and will be priced by them
Also, is there any need to be so foul in your posting if you genuinely want answers to questions rather than just wanting to come here and rant
