I am fairly new to paying any attention to points for airlines but have a few different accounts due to not having much loyalty to any airline so please forgive if this seems stupid or obvious.

In July I booked a trip with American Airlines as they were the only one offering the route and times/dates I needed. The flights were all business class and I was surprised the route was with competing airlines but Google Flights gave me this routing and it worked for me. The problem is getting points, I added my AerClub number as AA allowed me to add it but no points were credited for the Aer Lingus sections but strangely the United flight was credited to my AerClub. I contacted Aer Lingus who said "I can see that your flights were ticketed through American Airlines who unfortunately, are not an AerClub partner and therefore you will not earn Tier Credits or Avios for these flights through the AerClub programme." Even after I got points for the United flight on my Aero Club So I then went to AA and they said they can't give points for the Aer Lingus flight but they did credit the AA flight to my BA Avios. So I am now left with the 3 flights on Aer Lingus with no point earning, any ideas what I can do to get at least some points? I have listed the flights below.

MAN - JFK with Aer Lingus
JFK - PIT with American
PIT - EWR with United
EWR - DUB with Aer Lingus
DUB - MAN with Aer Lingus
