The one that consistently impresses me is Delta, given that two of its main hubs are in New York (LGA and JFK) a third is in Minneapolis and a fourth sits in Detroit. All four are subject to similar or worse weather and congestion delays than AC's hubs in YUL, YYZ and YVR, yet DL consistently ranks at or near the top for OTP and fewest cancellations.
That was the primary reason why I chose DL when I moved to the PNW after being in YYZ. I valued OTP (my time) a lot more and try to minimize any time spent at the airport.
Out of all the flights I've had with DL, I can only remember maybe once or twice where I've had significant delays.
