The one that consistently impresses me is Delta, given that two of its main hubs are in New York (LGA and JFK) a third is in Minneapolis and a fourth sits in Detroit. All four are subject to similar or worse weather and congestion delays than AC's hubs in YUL, YYZ and YVR, yet DL consistently ranks at or near the top for OTP and fewest cancellations.
