In speaking of regulating temperature, don't FA control it depending on the temperature of each zone or each cabin(F/C/Y)?

As you see panel screen, the temperature is designed to be set each zone or each cabin independently.

I guess not based on the coldest zone in passenger aircraft.

Why do they need air conditioning, you mean to cool the aircraft right?

Since the outside temperature is low, is there any reason to cool it?
