I neverjnder the hype about BA European business. Perhaps I'm unlucky but everytime I tried it post-covid, they didn't load enough food so despite theoretically offering three main course choices, I ended up either with a dry inedible pasta, or hungry because they only had some crazy seafood which my stomach just wouldn't accept. On ARN-LHR, which is over 2:30 hrs there were exactly two opportunities to order drinks without using crew call button - one when they served the food and one were they collected trays. Otherwise the crew enjoyed their chat in the galley.
Frankly, since all airlines switched to a single-tray service on European flights, I haven't had a single one where I'd feel the catering is appropriate to the amount of money they charge for those tickets. I've had some meals that were tasty (especially on A3) or at least not insultingly bad (LO, LX...), but never anything that would feel like a premium experience you're paying hundreds of euros for.
