Just want to say this is worst wa service I had by far. I came 630 to check in, I had to hunt down someone to help with luggage. When I whent to check in they told me to wait till next the agent is available i wait 15 minutes and get up to see two agents talking to each other, i tell them I'm in a rush for a dinner reservation he begrudgingly sits down and I ask him about a upgrade and tell him I'm leaving 6am the next morning he tells me a suite will cost money he can't give me room with outdoor space as it's sold out even the app shows and he can't give me a room with a canal view because they only have one left , mind you it's 630 and 45 minutes till dark, so I tell him I never had a denial for a non suite at any waldorf before but just check me in i have to go.he then start checks me in and tells me let me show you where breakfast is i tell him I just told you I have to go and I'm leaving 6am so what's breakfast gonna be for me, anways the lobby is nice I don't get why people think the rooms are anything special it reminds me of ritz half moon bay, nice but nothing special. I check out the next day 6am and the valet guy says they wanted to apologize that if a suite was so important then I should ask next time, I truly don't know what to say
This is very stream of consciousness. What exactly did you want? An upgrade is subject to availability and it sounds like they didn’t have rooms available - difficult to tell due to your style of syntax though.
