I had a recent overnight stay at this hotel. It is a new hotel, on Sukhumvit 20. Booked a month in advance, it was a reasonable 3500 THB. There is no lounge, but as MB Platinum, was offered a choice of two selected alcoholic drinks (including a sparkling wine) at the ground floor Twenty & One restaurant from 5-7 pm. No upgrade that I noticed. Staff was friendly. I did not see any obvious wear and tear. Room was new. I left before breakfast. I would be happy to stay again.

For those wishing to economize, from Suvarnabhumi Airport, one can take the ART (Airport Rail Train) to Makkasan station, transfer to the MRT and travel one stop to Asok, then walk to the hotel. Cost is 35 + 17 THB. One has to buy two separate tickets and do some walking. . *
