Given that we are Platinums, the breakfast option is off the table. It looks like the only true benefit is if you're not eating at Alba you'll get $115 credit or $90 at other venues. Although they seem to contradict this in their email, where they first say you get a $115 credit if you choose to eat at Cargo or Orientale, but then say the "special" though December 20 is that you'll get a $90 credit to use at any of the other restaurants, including Cargo and Orientale. It then says that "Half Board Dinner Food Credit is not applicable at Alba, Decanter, In Villa Dining, Private Dining, and Whale Bar & Grill.", which seems to contradict the special offer, in part.
I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle or the restrictions, as the savings isn't tremendous. Although, I'd appreciate anyone's views on the matter.
Lastly, does anyone have any suggestions for the best dinner times at any of these venues? We will most like eat at Cargo, Orientale, Whale Bar and Alba for dinner. We will also be doing the special beach BBQ thing on Tuesday night.
