My local drycleaners charged me 3.5% on top of the drycleaning charges. I did not realize until I went home and check my charges. They did not say anything or posted any signs that their credit card policy has changed. I went online to Citibank'sportal and disputed the amount. To my surprise Citibank gave me the credit ($1.68) immediately and said the dispute is resolved in my favor. I did not want Citi to absorb the cost, that was not my intent.
