Do I need re-check luggage in Delhi?
Do I need indian visa?

Double check me, if I am right - I check-in in Frankfurt ->
in Delhi I do not claim and re-check luggage, I stay in transfer/transit area -> at transfer desk I get board pass to Singapure (because there is no e-BP), I go through security, gate is open -> Singapur -> custom and immigration, claim my luggage... smilling

So I will not meet indian customs/immigration and I dont need transit visa right?
