Flashback to a bunch of years ago (early days of the app) flying PLS-EWR-BTV in J as an AC *G. Boarded the plane in PLS and got a message that the EWR-BTV flight was cancelled. Rescheduled to late the next day. Landed at EWR got to the connections counter and was given a hotel room key & a voucher. Room key. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. I was really impressed.

Plus they let me change the next day flight to the early flight to YUL so I made it home several hours earlier.
