Welcome to FT. To answer your question: Yes, read the other threads in this MS Forum to see almost everybody is encountering this with USB VGCs these days. This first started happening to me just over 2 months ago in AZ, and since then it seems to have spread nationwide. There is serious fraud going on with these cards currently (along with many other types of VGCs to be honest), so I would recommend you IMMEDIATELY stop buying these garbage USB VGCs until USB gets their act together to combat the fraud. It's truly not worth the headache..........
Thank you for the welcome Gregorygrady, the cards I have I don't believe the problem is fraud as they have money on them, and I have used them to buy things, but it is just MO's that are giving me trouble all of the sudden....
I will try another one in a week or so and not register or change the pin and see if that allowed me to buy a MO. I am thinking USB may have marked my profile when I register them so that I can't buy MO's.
