The outbound leg was a bit strange as well (same crew, obviously). The IFL took meal orders and then dedicated herself to serving those individually, but I think that the hot meals were being heated as orders were being taken, so it meant that people who ordered the salad got theirs well before those who wanted a hot option, Meanwhile, one crew did the bar run. Whether this was because it was a later flight, so the meal was effectively served after 5pm Sofia time, I don't know. On the return, all the hot meals had been heated and served from the trolley along with the salads.

But yeah, it felt a bit disjointed for me. Like they made work for themselves by not doing things together. I went out Monday morning and it was same-sized cabin, and the crew doubled-up on the first bar run and then did meals followed by drinks straight after. It just made more sense, took less time, passengers got served more quickly, and it honestly seemed like less effort for them. Was a
lot of charging up/down with single items last night, I thought.
