Wow, in the past the dinner (6-ish) flight has come back in mid-March or April. I knew it was too good to be true when it was added to the winter schedule a few weeks ago but I was holding out hope it would stick.

I assume it comes down to frame utilization since a 8pm arrival probably isn't turning anywhere super happy for DL at SFO and is a bit early for RON. But it drives me up a wall I can either arrive at nearly 2am Central or have to take the last of Friday off just to make the flight, arriving in CA just in time for anyone I'm meeting to want dinner even though I just ate on the flight.

I see UA has the 6pm westbound timeslot at the moment (that has been 1x daily all over the map since it was reinstated).. if I weren't clearing out RUCs I would consider defecting especially since they are way cheaper than DL at the moment which has hiked its differential to $390. The only benefit was that the fare table in Y dropped to $318 so I got some money back.

But I digress... I'm just sick and tired of suffering as a "hub" captive in MSP who can't even seem to get a decent schedule out of DL half the time.
