That sums up the very poor state-of-affairs, mostly if you consider the cost (as of “fare”) involved. On my last flight (268, as per above), at least 3 trays (pre-paid meals) were channelled down the back of the plane after a quick heating-up, I doubt they were for the crew and that’s because service both in business and economy started as soon as the seatbelts “ping” went off. That being said, my grief is not only towards the poor quality of the food
senso strictu: as also my regular reports go to show, they haven’t bothered to make even the slightest change to the current “menus” (see also the Wiki for ease-of-reference, those meals have been served for at least nearly 3 years now…), showing that they simply could not care less, unlike other carriers (see BA above all), which at least still make an effort in that respect.
