But do be aware that there can be a lot of steps in the Underground, particularly if you're not at a station that has step-free access.
Paddington being a particular bug-bear of mine if you want to transfer from mainline rail (and HEX) to the loop of the district / circle line that will take you to Victoria and beyond. Up stairs then down stairs, totally accessibility un-friendly. I've seen so many people come off the HEX and then struggle up / down those stairs (and have helped several too).
