I tend to agree with you but then they need to establish some medium difficulty awards. Currently there are easy and highly difficult.
The highly difficult are really bizarre combinations of cities, I cannot imagine that there are many people that have flying patterns and/or tastes to actually achieve these.
Of course this will be alleviated to some extent when they activate they marketplace.
On an unrelated note, I did get the Halloween special card!
