Thanks Mwenenzi, I was looking at the DONE4 Business class oneworld ticket: flying Sydney-Honolulu-Canada-Europe-South Africa- Australia. The oneworld itinerary I checked used Fiji, Alaska, Westjet, American, British airlines and Qantas: and I don't think the oneworld classic flight reward includes partner airlines such as Jetstar and Westjet. The other complicating factor is we don't have enough points yet and would have to purchase points to make up the shortfall; I'm not keen to do that if I'm not assured of getting the tickets using rewards. I'll see if I can get a valid itinerary through the multi-city booking using classic rewards. Are date changes on-line free? I will need to bring forward the dates as we're only starting out on the trip in Sep 24 and will be ending in about April 25 and most of the flights haven't been opened yet. Thanks again.
