I had booked my sq ticket with trip.com. I noticed the format of my name is incorrect. When I tried to add my krisflyer membership # in sq portal. Sq rejected it.

Passport show Surname, Christian name and given name. In Trip.com booking I enter surname, given name and Christian name. Full name is show however, the order/format is different hence after I retrieve my booking details in sq website and tried to add my krisflyer id it show incorrect name format and doesn't allow me to input the id.


Since my full name is shown. Will I still be able to get miles if I inform the check-in agent to amend my name format and add my krisflyer details? I had already ask trip.com to amend the name but not sure if it's possible. Edit: trip is charging me $149 to amend the format of my name which I decline.

i'm sure that I won't be denied boarding since my full name is show but just worry that I won't be able claim the miles and use the unlimited wifi inflight. If I submit missing miles claim will it be rejected due to name order difference?
