Some people incorrectly refer to at Qantas Oneworld classic award as "RTW". With QF Oneworld classic award no requirement to go around the world. Referring to the QF Oneworld classic award as "Round the World RTW" will likely confuse many QF phone agents. Many are new and are poorly trained with little experience in complicated ticketing. If the awards sectors on none QF airlines are not ticketed quickly (by QF) they auto cancel. A *very* common issue with QF on these tickets.
The Qantas Oneworld classic award is a vastly different product to the cash paid OneWorld Explorer *ONE* and GLOB*. Rules are not the same or even similar. As such the guide in the FT Oneworld forum is of zero use with the Qantas
award product.

To get 2 people on the same PNR - itinerary need to transfer QF points to 1 account. To the person with the highest status may help.
If 2 separate itineraries no guarantee will get the same award flights. But if award availability is limited (as it usually is) may need to do that anyway.
What class of travel??
