Unfortunately it is just the luck of the draw until all the B777-300ER fleet is refurbished. The old CW is following me around like a bad penny at the moment - 2 x LAX and 1 x BOS flight have switched to the old configuration in the
past week and given there are only 3 left (and only 2 left in January - I seem to be hitting the unlucky lottery on these. The issue with a switch back to the new CS style is that if they sell more F seats under the current (CW) configuration - it is very hard to kick up to 6 people out of F back in CS - so changes back to CS become unusual (annoyingly!)

As was the case way back in the day with the 3 old 772 with old F the ones that aren't refurbished seem to be the most reliable workhorses in the BA fleet. Yes the old birds also seem to follow me around but YYZ has historically been a route where the aircraft can change 3 or 4 times if you book a couple of months in advance
