My IAD-CDG flight is in the window now and I see items I don't see recently in this thread so I thought I'd share:
Mains:
Poultry: Duck confit gratin, foie gras sauce, potato purée, Romanesco broccoli and carrot julienne
Veg: Mushroom risotto and chestnut cream
Seafood: Sautéed shrimp with vanilla beurre blanc sauce, creamy mozzarella
Meat: Braised beef with thyme sauce, porcini mushrooms and vegetables
The appetizer for all is: Foie gras terrine, pear jelly, quinoa and vegetable medley
I'll be trying the duck.
