Is there any recourse when you receive approval of SNA request and they are removed from your account, only to have someone from the hotel email within 24 hours to state they cannot honor the SNA and they will be redeposited in 7-10 days?
One cannot force reversal of the SNA denial itself. But be sure to retain the e-mail for possible follow up if the SNAs are not timely redeposited.
