For years, I couldn't even see the rates - I had to call to get availability and pricing. I thought that was because my card was issued outside of US.

I noticed recently that the rates are displayed and it confirms the FHR benefits. However, whenever I try to confirm the booking it tells me "Temporary system outage. Please try again later."

I called my rep and unfortunately his rate (for the Palazzo) was $550, whereas the rate I found on Amextravel.com was $295.

I already have a booking for Bellagio but wanted to change it as the Palazzo is closer to where I'll need to be.

How do other people book FHR? Sorry if wrong thread.
