Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? No

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked high floor quiet room used CSU for upgrade to King suite (full flex booking)

How are the rooms?Old and run down, minibar empty despite advertising otherwise, not even a bottle of water in suite . Coffee was kettle and instant! Bathrooms were small , woodwork chipped, carpet stained . After a few nights ar the nearby IC it was a shock and never to be repeated

How is the exec. lounge?none

What was good and what was bad? Well not much good! The bed was soft and spongy ( dome might like it ) the cleaning staff unfriendly. Instant coffee available, large bottles of soap but untried as travel with own Molten Brown

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?[ The rate was 180€ night which is not a lot cheaper than can be had at the IC . For my suite it would be 300 € normally a Premium room at IC is way nicer and cheaper!
