First thing, I'll confess to having weird tastes. Degustibus and all that.

That said, would anyone know the deal with buy-on-board duty free (or even pre-order, though it seems they don't do pre-orders on the route I'm flying).
Anyway, many years BC (meaning Before Corona) I was able to stock up on Crown Royal in the airport duty free in London, Paris, Zurich. The price was inflated like one wouldn't believe, but at least it was available.
Since then, I've not found it anywhere outside of North America.

Turns out I will be doing the BOM-LHR leg of the 855 later this month and this could be the perfect chance to get my hands on a bottle (or five).
Any input on if inflight duty free is still a thing and if so how many bottles might they stock on a typical flight? And any other suggestions on how I can ensure my thirst is quenched?
Much appreciated!
