Example: first night: 2 queen room. Second night: king room. Third night: 2 queen room ADA. Forth night: 2 queen room.

base suite available all 4 nights and they had the property merge or combine the the stays in their system and blocked the suite.

note. The app still showed the single one night reservations.
I would definitely say this is more the exception than the rule.

You need both a skilled and helpful concierge combined with a willing property. Which in most cases you’d find one but not the other and in some cases you’d find neither.

I had a 6 night stay and a 1 night stay both in the same base room I wanted to apply the TSU to both as it’s within the 7 nights, they’re back to back and the same room type. I called and Glob line said no dice. I emailed MHC she said no dice. Both said I would need to rebook it as one stay of 7 nights, which if I did would cost an additional 28,000 points as the property had gone up a Category. I even asked MHC 3 times to be sure and they said nope each time, even saying they checked with Hyatt’s Management.
