Beef Steak
Charcoal grilled beef tenderloin, creamy polenta, red wine sauce with seasonal vegetables.
I liked this one a lot better than the "beef fillet" (see previous post). It was still a bit over cooked IMHO, but it tasted great. I would order this one again.
