- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Platinum : booked 2 superior rooms both upgraded to Deluxe room on the 11th floor
Gold : booked Deluxe room, uopgraded to Domblick deluxe room (facing Köln Dom) on the 10th fllor

- How are the rooms? rooms are a bit outdated (it seems that rooms on the 11th floor have been renovated

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Location (walkable from train station), service, breakfast

Bad: rooms should be renovated

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?No lounge

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? drink vouchers for 6 (2 per room) , was good for anything. No other perks but mini bar was free and every day (including sparkling wine)

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Yes.
