I’m glad you were reunited with your phone quickly! The lost and found process at Heathrow is really good. They reunited me with my iPad on no less than three occasions (it no longer travels with me as I have a bad habit of putting it in the seat pocket and forgetting it!).

The fact that the lost & found service is able to reunite so many pieces of black glass with their owners is impressive.
