Have stayed here before. It's quite nice even if you don't have kids.

Lots of Positives
* Huge river-like pool that snakes around the hotel so you can swim your way around
* Lots of pool-connected rooms
* Water slide and wave pool (adult friendly)
* Nice beach-side happy hour with live music
* Equipment rentals for SUP, surfing, etc.
* Really nice buffet dinner on Saturdays with live music, free flow wine, great spread

Cons
* Far away from Phuket (1.5 hour drive from airport)
* Bit isolated from anything else (you'd need to drive to get out of the hotel area)
