The connection is perfectly feasible, LX's timetable is designed around the ability to make that connection, there are several short-hauls arriving and several long-hauls departing at similar times every day, and others on your flight will be connecting too. Also note there is a lot of padding on short-haul so the MAD flight is likely to arrive earlier than scheduled, and the long-hauls will likely be held for a while if any of the short-hauls are late.
The only worry would be the extremely rare situation where your MAD-ZRH flight is delayed by an hour or more and LX decides it's not worthwhile to hold the long-hauls. In which case you would have to stay in ZRH and be rerouted in the morning or later. If you live in Hong Kong it's probably not such a big disaster to get home a day late, but if you were connecting elsewhere or doing something very important then you might not want to take even this tiny risk.
