In general, no. In some cases you can apparently get them to take over a reservation if you pay $50, but I don't know under which conditions that's permitted.

In general, the credit is stuck with Chase travel and still locked to be reapplied to a future AA flight. Unlike Delta where it's basically cash in your account that can be re-applied liberally to future bookings, several people have reported that the AA third party credit can only be applied to specific fare classes when attempting to re-book, and if the replacement flight is cheaper in most cases you forfeit any residual value once the credit is applied to the new flights.

AA isn't exactly a great airline to book third party.
