Just to clear things up from my perspective, I was debating getting a new phone in Japan because TMobile was offering $1,000 trade-in for my IP 14ProMax, so that was a better deal - then shortly thereafter, they reneged on that offer, and changed it to $350, so I decided to go back to Japan for the purchase if I decide to upgrade.

Although this thread is about the Apple Store, has anyone tried to buy the iPhone at Bic Camera, and did they take an existing iPhone (bought anywhere) in as a trade-in?
