Super late trip report, but we stayed back in June. Had a 2 Queen Bed Suite booked as that was all that was available at the time when we started booking a few months out. Just my wife and I so we didn't really need a 2 Queen Bed Suite and we really didn't want to spend those extra points. Set an alert and standard availability for a 1 King Bed opened up around 5 days out so I rebooked to save the points. Newly minted Bilt Globalist allowed for an early check in around 1 PM. Thank God for that as there were people and bags lined up everywhere in the narrow walkway/lobby area waiting for check in. It was amazing to be able get in the room and freshen up after the train ride and we had a wonderful view of the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore out our window. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent and so convenient to not have to worry about a meal in the morning.
