At the end of the promotion it's total number of unique brands divided by 3. Whatever whole number (rounded down) that this equates to is the number of 3,000 bonus point entries we will receive.
3-5 unique brands = 3,000 bonus points
6-8 unique brands = 6,000 bonus points
etc.

I’ve managed to get 9 unique brands over 18 stays which is a bummer because I wanted to maximize that bonus.
There’s still a month to go but it looks like I can get maybe 6 more unique brands for a total of 15,000 additional points.
