The GUF2 is normally at 2500 TPs.
I think the only event at 3000 TPs at the moment is GGL renewal, but the Jokers and partner cards won't actually be available until the start of the next membership year.
There was some suggestion that they may do something to "fill the gap" between 3500 and 6000 TPs, which for a current GGL has no specific incentive point.
