Vueling compensation "Sorry, we can't seem to find your booking."
Hi, my Vueling flight ORY-LGW was cancelled on the day of departure. While the refund I selected at the airport was processed, I have been unable to submit a compensation claim (250 Euros) through the Vueling website. When I enter the booking details (trying both PNR+email and PNR+airport+date) I get the following message "Sorry, we can't seem to find your booking. Could you check the details, please?".
Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can submit this claim?
