Flights would be on seperate tickets. Will have checked luggage. Don't know about the DL interline to LH. Will have to check

LH flights would be about $256 USD, vs $131 flex train ticket, FRA-Erfurt ,plus another $45 for
Erfurt to Dresden the next day.
