I think people are getting confused on the listing because it shows your status for every membership level its relevant for at the point of your year end or tier change. So if you are gold, then it adjusts the dates of all ones below it on renewal / change, so basically you can see if you do nothing to renew, what the soft landing dates are for silver, bronze & blue. There is some extra lines in it to normal due to them massaging things through with the covid times & offers.

Now I do also have a difference between what I earned in tier points last year to what shows in the report. I have traced it back to one of the holiday double tier points adjustments that was done manually, makes me now think its not on my lifetime tier points total either
