Interesting point I read….. Had AC diverted for medical care for her father, and he did not survive. Now she, her mother and her deceased fathers body are in a foreign country they may not have had a visa for. She and her mother may have been held at the airport for hours working on obtaining a visa while her father was transported to a hospital and passed. Only to arrive at the hospital hours later to find out he passed. Now, she and her mother are left to fight and mud their way thru that countries red tape to have the body released to be flown to Canada.

Can only wonder if that had happened would she be blaming AC for diverting to another country and the red tape they had to deal with. I have a feeling that this lady would have tried to go after AC in this situation as well.
