I'm not sure if you have seen the other posts, but all of a sudden we have seen multiple reports of 75% settlement offers to avoid an adjudication process. It's up to you whether to stay the course or not, but to my mind this is a tactic from BA to clear their backlog quickly. As far as I can tell you appear to have a robust case based on £220.
