The Hilton Aspire travel credit is now good for any airline spend. $50 every quarter. I figure buying a Standard fare then refunding to AC Wallet is a free $200 per year if you already have the card. Ideally would find the cheapest flight possible so as not to have to front any more money than needed to AC.

YVR-YYC for $139 Standard for most of this winter is the best I can find so far.
