I booked in early August for a stay that started in late October, and the first email I received was an offer with various amounts for the different paid room upgrades. I imagine they're just waiting to get at least a month or two away from your stay date before committing to upgrades and prices.

Does anyone know if the resort are no longer allowing paid room upgrades on point stays? I just emailed to ask for upgrade pricing for my stay in March, and was told "Unfortunately, advanced upgrades are not possible", but I may check back 5 days before arrival to inquire about availability. That doesn't sound right based on what I've read in this thread 🤔
