It would make far more sense in my opinion to lower the qualification requirements for *G with M&M to something more comparable to other airlines (that doesn't necessarily imply making SEN easier to achieve, they could introduce a new level between FTL and SEN).
Looks to me as if it's a video conference, only allowing for 10 SEN participants on one day and 10 base/FLT on another day.
Only allowing 10 random people in two sessions seems like yet again a far-reaching decision they've clearly already made, along with a perverted desire to present it to the tiniest audience possible in order to claim, "based on YOUR widespread feedback, we're..."
