I have a similar case where I am looking to book a connecting AY ticket with a segment operated by Nordic Regional. I would like to book the transatlantic segment in premium economy and see availability for this on AY's website. Does anyone know if BA has access to the same availability as AY? If I search for availability for just the HEL-XXX segment on BA's website, it shows "cabin not operated on this flight" under premium economy, but this is definitely not the case.

Before I waste the time on the phone trying to fight for this availability and booking of the Nordic Regional segment, does anyone know if it will even be possible to use BA Avios to book transatlantic AY premium economy?
