I don't regard myself as particularly expert (and that's not false modesty) I've just been lucky enough to pick up various tips and tricks from the real experts and seem to have the type of memory where this information "sticks" for whatever reason.

Where this forum really shines (and perhaps it's no coincidence that it's also where BA can be lacking) is how to handle disruption events that will almost inevitably blight the life of anyone who does a moderate amount flying, at least by FT standards!
